XL DCM ADVANTAGE
1.XL DCM main function is to make Thin-wall aluminium production , precise automobile spare parts and also magnesium alloy production . This serial machine is instead of machine from western countrywith much lower price (At least half of the machine from western country )
2.performance
A.The injection speed of XL DCM reach to 9m/s , and the accelerated speed of the injection is 6.9m/m (From 0mm to 20mm) , this is a reason why use this machine to make thin-wall production and make the percent of pass much higher than using normal machine .
B . Dry circle time is 4.3 s (Normal 6.5s ) , the theoretical yield of XL DCM is one-third higher than Normal machine . (Some of the auto-extrators in China cannot follow the speed of our machine )
C . The time to build pressure is 21 ms , and use the pressure trigger . When we adjust the die-casting technique parameter , with the help of the pressure trigger the time to build pressure will not be effect (Different from the normal machine : position trigger , but when we change the parameter of the normal machine , the time to build pressure will be effected a lot , so it’s meanless ) . From slow injection to speed up to 9m/s , when the production in critical point of unset another pressure comes up to make the tissue density of production higher , and the porosity will not exist in the production . The percent of pass higher .
D . The clamping system we use lerverage clamping system , on normal machine the clamping force is enlarged 16-22 times , but on the XL DCM the clamping force is enlarged 32 times , and make the machine faster , more powerful and more stable
